We cannot verify the authenticity, ingredients, storage conditions, or expiration dates of products not purchased through our salon. Therefore, only salon-approved products will be used during services. 🚨IMPORTANT ALLERGY NOTICE Please do not arrive with coconut oil, coconut-based products, or products containing coconut derivatives applied to your hair or scalp. Due to a documented allergy, clients may be asked to shampoo prior to service or reschedule if coconut-based products are present. 🚨 DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. 🚨 Previous Work Policy: To ensure the quality and integrity of my services, Crown Theory Salon does not cut, restyle, rework, or correct hairstyles performed by another stylist. A new service appointment may be required based on your hair's condition and desired results. ✨Deposits are applied toward your final service total. ✨Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. ✨Deposits are forfeited for cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows that do not meet policy requirements.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
🚨CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the scheduled service amount.
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount and future bookings may require prepayment.
🚨 SERVICE CHANGES
Please select your services carefully when booking.
Last-minute service changes may affect scheduling and availability. Service changes requested within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a Service Change Fee of $25 if additional time, products, or scheduling adjustments are required.
Certain service changes may require rescheduling if adequate time is not available.
🚨 LATE POLICY
A 10-minute grace period is provided for unforeseen delays; however, clients are expected to arrive on time.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may incur a $15 late fee.
• First appointments of the day that arrive late may incur a $25 late fee due to the impact on the entire salon schedule.
• Excessive lateness may result in appointment rescheduling.
• Clients with a history of repeated lateness may be required to maintain a double deposit on future appointments.
🚨 HAIR PREPARATION
Please arrive with hair free of heavy oils, grease, butters, and excessive product buildup whenever possible.
Clients with extremely dense, long, heavily tangled, matted, or excessively shed hair may require additional time and product usage.
Additional detangling, preparation, or service fees may apply.
If sufficient time was not booked for the condition of the hair, services may be modified, adjusted, or rescheduled.
